MICKLER, Maude Howson *

Actress (1916)

Thanhouser Career Synopsis: Maude Howson Mickler was a child actress with Thanhouser during the 1916 era.

Biographical Notes: Maude Howson Mickler was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 23, 1908 and was educated in public schools in Jacksonville, Florida. She appeared on the screen in child's parts for Kalem (Man in Hiding), Gaumont, Thanhouser (The Weakling), Equitable (The Clarion), Fox, Regal (What Becomes of the Children?), and Technicolor (The Little Skipper). The 1917 edition of the Motion Picture News Studio Directory listed her pastimes as horseback riding, swimming, and solo dancing. She was 4'3" tall at the time, had blonde hair and blue eyes, and lived at 28 West 4th Street in Jacksonville.
