Thanhouser Career Synopsis: Arthur B. Lent worked on special details for Thanhouser films.

Biographical Notes: Arthur B. Lent, who in spring 1914 was general supervisor of mechanical effects for the Reliance, Komic, Royal, and certain other Mutual companies, also worked with Thanhouser. He supervised the technical details for the December 19, 1913 Thanhouser release of Jack and the Beanstalk. He was the subject of a feature story in Reel Life, September 19, 1914, and was described as a draughtsman, architect, electrician, scene painter, and artist. At the time he was busy behind the scenes in the production of the Our Mutual Girl serial.
