Thanhouser Career Synopsis: Hattie C. McCroskery worked in the joining room of the Thanhouser studio.

Biographical Notes: Hattie C. McCroskery was employed in the joining room of the Thanhouser studio in 1911. At an outing held for Thanhouser employees on September 7, 1912 she won a dance prize. During the Thanhouser studio fire, January 13, 1913, she was one of the last to leave the blazing building. New Rochelle city directories indicate that in 1911 Hattie C. McCroskery lived at 43 Clinton Place. By 1915 she moved to 8 Centre Avenue.
